We are happy to announce First Priority Pest Control has joined forces with Viking Pest Control. Through this partnership, you will continue to receive the same high standards and commitment to effective pest control.

Q: When Does the Merger Go into Effect?

A: The partnership between First Priority Pest Control and Viking Pest went into effect on December 1, 2023.

Q: Will my service stay the same?

A: Yes, your service will stay the same. You will continue to receive the same high-level service you have come to expect. Many of our valued customers have been receiving service from Viking Technicians. We will also be able to offer additional services including SMART digital rodent monitoring.

Q: Are there any changes to the contact information?

A: Yes, you will now contact the Viking team at 800-618-2847 or at our  CustomerService@vikingpest.com email to manage your account.

Q: What about billing and payments?

A: Automatic payments will continue, and correspondence can be mailed to:

We strongly encourage you to move to paperless billing and provide us with an email address to add to your customer file. Please call our customer service team at 800-618-2847 or email CustomerService@vikingpest.com to have your email added. Once your email is registered, it is very simple to enroll in auto pay.

 

Q: I was never notified of the change. You just showed up?

A: The partnership was announced in December 2023. Viking has had a subcontracting agreement with First Priority since June of 2023 and Viking technicians have been servicing most customers.

Q: What can you tell me about your technicians (background checks, training and licensing, etc.)?

A: Many of our valued customers have been receiving service from Viking Technicians. Viking Pest is a certified QualityPro member. We take pride in being a QualityPro member by enforcing background checks for all employees and maintaining a drug-free work environment. Earned by less than 3% of business in the United States, Viking Pest is proud to meet the standards set by QualityPro.
